Kristina Gacesa,
M. CM, L. Ac, Dipl. Ac.
Kristina Gacesa is licensed with the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. She is certified through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture. She graduated valedictorian of her class with a summa cum laude finishing a double Masters degree in both Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2018. Furthering her studies, she has studied abroad in Zhengzhou, China where she learned extensive knowledge in the specialties of cardiac, stroke rehabilitation, fertility and pain. Kristina had internships at U of M Children’s Masonic Hospital, Abbott Northwestern, Courage Kenney Pathways, Pillsbury House, and Human Performance Center where she worked with pediatric patients, Olympic athletes, expectant mothers and oncology patients. She has had expertise in treating women’s health, pregnancy, fertility, mental health, pain, digestive disorders and cancer. In the upcoming year, Kristina plans to pursue her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine through Pacific College of Health and Science.
Her specializations include Cosmetic Acupuncture and Women’s Health including fertility, pregnancy, post-partum, endometriosis, PCOS, ovarian cysts, prolapse, hormonal imbalances and menopause.
Kristina has taken extended courses to certify her with the Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture certificate and Abdominal protocol for fertility and weight loss.
